How to Raise Your Vibration

 

Whenever people meet me there's slight suspicion... what is this game Lilibet is playing? This girl cannot be this positive all the time. And there is some truth to it, of course I am not positive 24/7 HOWEVER I am always living the glass half full life and try and be the ray of sunshine for myself and others.

I wanted to do a blog post on how to raise your vibration which will in turn help you manifest those aspects in your life you may have cast a spell on are need help with. As we have spoken about beforehand on Witches on Wheels, the law of attraction is important to manifest good things. The more positive you are and the higher your vibration is, the more likely you can achieve those goals!

Without further ado, here are 3 ways to raise your vibration:


1. Create yourself a high vibration playlist

One clear way to raise your vibration is to add your favourite upbeat tunes, which you cannot help but dance and sing to, to a personalised playlist. After reviewing 25 trials, the researchers of Health Line concluded that music is a valid therapy to potentially reduce depression and anxiety, as well as to improve mood, self-esteem, and quality of life. They also noted that no negative side effects were reported in any of the trials, making music a low-risk treatment.

2. Stop hanging out with emotional vampires

The term "emotional vampires" has been mentioned previously on the blog. These are the people in your life who you meet up with who suck the joy out of your life. I have done a fine culling of these people in my time! It has been proven that the 5 average people you spend the most of your time with give you your overall vibration. If you can't dispel those emotional vampires from your life, how about you cut down the time you spend with them? It will do you a world of good!


3. Embrace the free things in life

There are some many beautiful things in life which are free in the world which will raise your vibration significantly.

1. Soak yourself in a bath! This can be filled with luxurious essential oils, littered with candles in the bathroom, and a good book!

2. Take yourself off to sit out in nature, looking up at the beautiful trees with the many green leaves. There were so many occasions during my University years where I have to intersperse my study periods with walking to the Botanical Gardens to sit and listen to the birds tweet. This left me feeling refreshed and ready to carry on the hard work!

3. Going to the park and having a go on the swings! Do you remember being a child and swinging higher and higher? How free it felt! You may be an adult but it's still the same joy just in a bigger body!
